What's inside?
Sodium supports fluid balance and helps maintain proper muscle contraction and nerve signaling. Sodium plays a key role in hydration and in replacing electrolytes lost through sweat during exercise.
Potassium helps support normal muscle function, heart rhythm, and cellular hydration. Potassium works alongside sodium to maintain electrolyte balance and support muscular performance.
Magnesium malate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium combined with malic acid, a naturally occurring compound involved in cellular energy production. This form supports muscle relaxation, normal nerve function, and energy metabolism, making it ideal for daily use and performance support.
Suggested use: Mix one scoop with 16oz of water and drink 30 minutes prior to or during your training or event. On non-training days, drink 1 scoop in the morning to replenish electrolytes and rehydrate quickly from sleep.

Return/Exchange Policy
Summary: If you are not 100% happy with any item for any reason, you can simply return for store credit or exchange it. *Gift cards are non-refundable*
Time Frame: Item must be exchanged within 14 days of product delivery. Apparel must be un-washed and free of smell, and supplements must have 80% or more of original amount in them.
Returns: Item(s) can be returned for store credit via digital gift card. We ask only that you cover the return shipping charges.
Exchanges: We will gladly accept size exchanges for apparel or variant flavor exchanges for supplements. We ask only that you cover the return shipping charges.
