Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package. 

Shipping Costs

FREE shipping on all orders over $99 within the lower 48 states.

Orders under $99 are subject to a $6.99 flat-rate shipping fee.

United States

• Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• Orders typically ship the same or next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends will typically ship within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

At this time, Phat Muscle Project only ships within the United States and we are unable to offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with an item, you may return it for store credit or request an exchange, subject to the requirements below.

Please note: Gift cards, clearance/sale items, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Time Frame

Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors.
• Supplements must have at least 80% of the original product remaining.
• Items must otherwise be in acceptable condition for return or exchange.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned for store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to accommodate:

• Apparel size exchanges
• Supplement flavor exchanges
