Performance Fuel




Performance Fuel was designed by PHAT Muscle Project founder/coach John Gorman to help his clients and athletes with peak performance and muscle gain.  With over 15 years of knowledge from athletes using and testing all kinds of carb drinks during training he settled on a blend of his three favorite ingredients- Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrins, Maltodextrin, and Dextrose.  This specific formula helps keep glucose up in the bloodstream during training without a crash which results in more strength, higher endurance, greater power output, faster muscle recovery between sets, massive cell swelling and pumps, and just overall better workouts.  It’s a very simple yet powerful blend that gives you both rapid energy and also a longer sustained energy than most carb sources on the market like using dextrose/glucose alone.


Suggested use- To maximize your workout drink 1-2 scoops Performance Fuel along with 1 scoop of PHAT Muscle Project EAA’s in 20 oz of water.  You can also use this carb before and after workouts in the following fashion:  20 mins before workouts mix 1-2 scoops Performance Fuel in 1-2 scoops of PHAT Muscle Project #BrickByBrick whey.  After workouts mix 1-2 scoops Performance Fuel in 1-2 scoops of PHAT Muscle Project #BrickByBrick whey, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.  (From experience we recommend women use 1 scoop and men use 1-2 scoops during workouts)
