This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other website. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any third party or business partner that PHAT Muscle Project does not own or control.

Any translation of this Privacy Policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this Privacy Policy shall govern.

Our Websites where this Privacy Policy is found are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 without permission from a parent or guardian.
