Premium Blended Protein combines whey protein isolate powder with micellar casein and whey concentrate, giving you a fast digesting protein to turn on protein synthesis quickly paired with a slower digesting protein to sustain growth over time. This protein is also perfect to bake and cook with because it will not dry out as fast or get as hard as pure whey isolates.
Suggested Use: Men- Mix 1.5-2 servings in 6-8 oz of water. Women- Mix 1 serving in 4-6 oz of water, as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
